Description

Travel Optimizer allows your organization to create travel profiles for all your employees, whether or not they use Salesforce.

Each Travel Profile can track the preferences for a single person. A standard profile tracks hotel, airline, rental car and train travel preferences. As a native Force.com Application, Travel Optimizer can be easily customized from within Salesforce to accomodate additional travel preferences.

An unlimited number of Travel Profiles can be linked together to allow easy access to profiles of people who frequently travel together. For example, you can link the travel profile of the CEO to the profile of the COO. You could also link the Travel Profile of the CEO's spouse to the CEO's record. This allows the people booking travel to complete the transaction without needing to contact each individual traveler for their preferences.

You can also track favorite flights and hotels plus the bad experiences a traveler had.
